Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring our own paintballs?
Sadly, no. Even if they're environmentally friendly, paintballs dry out over time if not handled properly. To ensure the safety of all our players, we can not accept any outside paint.
How many paintballs does the average player use?
This depends on how reserved each individual player is. One bag of 500 paintballs will last approximately 30 minutes to an hour of field time. Additional paintballs can be purchased.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks at this time.
What is your group cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation and have booked a group, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full $100 refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will receive a credit towards a future visit.
Do you offer equipment rentals?
Yes! We offer rental packages to suit your needs, including markers, hoppers, masks, chest protectors and pod packs. Our rental equipment is well-maintained and regularly sanitized for your safety.
Do you sell paintball equipment?
We do have a resale board from players who have upgraded their own equipment, but do not sell equipment other than paintballs at this point.
